We strive for complete customer satisfaction and want you to love your MAT GROUP rug! If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:

Full Refund:

  • You may request a full refund within 15 days of receiving your rug.
  • The rug must be in original condition, with no signs of wear or tear.
  • Original packaging is preferred for return.
  • Shipping costs for returns are not covered by MAT GROUP LLC.

Exchange:

  • You may exchange your rug for a different one within 15 days of receiving your original purchase.
  • The exchange rug must be of equal or lesser value.
  • Any difference in value will be refunded to you or charged as necessary.
  • Shipping costs for both the return and the exchange rug are the responsibility of the customer.

After 15 days:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds after 15 days of receiving your rug.
  • You may still choose to exchange your rug for a different one, but you will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Please note:

  • Custom-made rugs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
  • We recommend insuring your return shipment for your protection.
